Presently company (CBPL) is constructing Housing Project “CHITVAN” for Hi-Tech Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. (HBPL) having an area about 7 Lac Sq.ft. with 947 Flats with 2 Nos commercial building. The company has recently awarded the work of 2.5 MGD Water Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant from Indian Railways Kolkata Howrah, the amount of the work is more than Rs. 30 Crore. The company is also bidding for Rs. 93 Crore for Sewage Treatment Plant work and Water Treatment Plant work for Rs. 17 crore in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. Mr. Bipan Kumar Gupta is professionally qualified as MBA and carries experience of about 14 Years in Steel business. He is carrying on trading business, having promoted M/s Esha Strips Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL) in 2004.
