The Company was promoted by Mr. Deepak Gupta and Mr. Bipan Kumar Gupta.

(CBPL) while Mr. Bipan Kumar Gupta is carrying on trading business, having promoted M/s Esha Strips Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL). To pursue its main object, HBPL is developing a group housing project known as “Chitvan” at Vrindavan Mathura (UP) on land admeasuring 31690 sq.mtrs.
